Leave from the Rite Aid parking lot on Ashland Street promptly at 9:00 AM unless otherwise indicated. Bring water, lunch, hat, sun-screen, insect repellent and rain gear as appropriate. Lodging at Curley Redwood Lodge 707-464-2137- Crescent City (from $68 plus taxes). The Lodge is across the street form the fishing harbor, so a good place for strolling. You need to make your own reservations. We will do our usual dinner at the Good Harvest where the fish is fresh and cocktails well prepared. The restaurant is a short walk from the Lodge and there is a breakfast diner across the street from the Lodge. Weather forecast. RT Mileage: 260 miles.
