We will remember this one as the Mosquito Hike. Thanks to Annie for the big bottle of DEET.

Still spots of snow, particularly in the side canyon going back to the spring. Presumably, the mosquito situation will improve when the standing water spots dry up with the summer heat.

Although generally downhill, lots of ups and downs. Barometric up / down was 687' / 1,532'. Drive time was 2 hours with the stop to drop the shuttle car and mileage was 180 miles.
