Little Hyatt to Green Springs Summit 11-26-14

A bit of snow when we arrived at the TH with the county snowplow standing ready across the road. Temperatures were in the 40s and 50s today with full sun at lunch time and in the afternoon.

We noticed the green burp tower for the first time which is where the underground water tunnel from Keene Creek Reservoir connects to the aqueduct taking water down to the Green Springs Power Plant.

We enjoyed good service and excellent fries after the hike at the Green Springs Inn.
