We had more good luck and a very nice day for the hike. There was a lot of delayering on the way up as we climbed the 1,200 feet of ascent. The trail was in excellent condition. There are some good climbs.
After Viewpoint Mike we carried on to the quarry overlook for lunch. We would have stayed longer but a cool breeze came up. The return is all downhill so that went quickly.
A few of us retired to Four Daughters for some Smithick stout.
